Do You Go Blank During Interviews?

It's not that you don’t know the answers — it’s the stress.
In everyday conversation, you’d respond with ease. But in the interview room, your mind      goes blank, and not a single word comes out.
And of course, the moment you leave the room, the perfect answers come to you… but by    then, it’s too late.

We teach you how to handle this.

Our training includes specialized confidence coaching, focusing on Group Task 2 —  because confidence isn’t just a bonus, it’s a requirement.
And as a future flight attendant, confidence starts at the interview.
Let us help you show that from the moment you walk in.

I’m a flight attendant interview coach and communication expert specializing in preparing candidates for Emirates Airlines. With over eight years of experience as a cabin crew member at Emirates, I bring you insider knowledge that only someone who's been on the inside can provide.

During my time at Emirates, I was not only a flight attendant but also selected to join the Business Promotions Team, a prestigious role that required me to pass an additional internal interview — while I was already employed by the airline. This gave me firsthand experience of Emirates' recruitment standards, both as a new hire and as a candidate for advanced roles within the company.

I understand exactly what the company is looking for — not just in terms of appearance or communication skills, but in attitude, professionalism, and cultural fit. I’ll share my insights on what to wear, how to behave, and how to present yourself confidently throughout the entire recruitment process.

Why am I confident I can help you? Because I’ve successfully guided many candidates who are now flying with Emirates. My coaching is based on real-world experience and proven success.

On top of my aviation background, I also hold a degree in Business Management and Human Resources from the University of Essex, giving me a deep understanding of recruiter psychology and hiring practices — so I know exactly what the interviewers are looking for.

If you're ready to take your preparation seriously and step confidently into the Emirates recruitment process, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Andrea Orosz Dr.

I’m a Flight Attendant Interview Coach, Confidence Trainer, and Communication & Body Language Expert, dedicated to helping candidates succeed in the highly competitive recruitment process at Emirates Airlines.

My journey began as an English tutor and Applied Linguist, and over the years, I’ve taught at top universities across Hungary, the UK, and Vietnam. At the University of Southampton, I prepare international business students for high-stakes presentations and discussions — the very skills that Emirates recruiters evaluate during their Open Day and Assessment Day.

As an Academic Manager, I was responsible for recruiting teachers, giving me firsthand experience in interview processes and candidate evaluation. Later, professionals from various industries began seeking my help to prepare for their own job interviews. Supporting them — and seeing them succeed — deepened my insight into what it takes to stand out, and shaped my expertise as an interview strategist. I’m proud to say that 99% of my clients have successfully passed their interviews and landed their dream jobs.

My focus narrowed and sharpened about a decade ago when several family members asked me to prepare them for the Emirates cabin crew recruitment process — and they all got in.

That success was the turning point. I immersed myself in the world of aviation recruitment, specifically Emirates, and developed a targeted approach to interview preparation that goes far beyond rehearsing answers. I realised that technical preparation isn't enough — what many candidates truly lack is self-confidence.

To offer complete, holistic support, I became a certified Life Coach, specialising in Confidence Coaching — because presenting yourself with clarity, calm, and conviction can make all the difference.

Today, I combine my background in language, recruitment, teaching, and coaching to help future Emirates cabin crew members not only meet the expectations of recruiters but exceed them — by walking into the room as their most confident, polished, and prepared selves.

TESTIMONIALS

“The course helped me enormously to get an excellent job at the World's leading Airline Company in the Middle East. Out of 39 candidates, I was the only one who was selected in our region. Unbelievable! I can't tell you about my feelings.  I can't thank her enough. Without having good English and presentation skills that I needed to prove at the interview, I could have never got this dream job. With their help, I had the best six years of my life.”

"I decided to ask for help after my first unsuccessful interview. I felt really ashamed of 'failing'. Of course, I tried to do my best, and honestly, I didn't know what went wrong as I could answer all the questions. I was disappointed that I dropped out. I didn't even want to apply again, but then a friend recommended the two Andreas for help. I had no idea what else they could tell me as I thought I knew almost everything but learnt a LOT during the course. I also learnt why I dropped out after the team interview. I would never make the same mistake again. I couldn't be happier when I got a phone call from Emirates about my successful interview and the emails about the next steps to prepare to relocate to Dubai. It's already my third year here. I am not hesitant to recommend the two Andreas as your job interview coach if you want to become a flight attendant."

"I can only recommend this course.

I had one week left til my first open day.  We had very intensive study sessions on a daily basis going through the whole process one by one. It was well-structured, clear, and easily understandable.

They provided all the necessary materials and tips!

I got selected on the exact same day.. 2 hours after my interview. Needless to say I was shocked.

Thank you both!

"Just want to say that what you and Andi are doing means a lot for those trying to become an Emirates cabin crew. Most people don’t understand or realise how hard it’s and what it means for some of us who are trying. Thank you again!!

I wish you both all the success. 🙏"
